BAYROL Soft & Easy is a chlorine-free pool water treatment based on active oxygen, designed for regular swimming pool water disinfection. Each pre-dosed dual sachet combines active oxygen, an algaecide and a water clarifier to provide reliable water disinfection, algae prevention and improved water clarity in a single treatment. The product is an ideal alternative to chlorine for users who prefer chlorine-free pool water maintenance.

Dosage
Initial treatment:

2 dual sachets per 20 m³ of water.
Weekly maintenance:

1 dual sachet per 20 m³ of water.
During periods of high water temperature, intensive pool use or after heavy rainfall, the dosage should be doubled if necessary.
Instructions for use
-
Before use, check that the pool water pH is between 7.0 and 7.4.

Switch on the filtration system.

Open both compartments of the dual sachet.
-
Add the entire contents of both sachets directly into the pool water in front of the return inlet nozzles.

Rinse the empty sachets with pool water to ensure all product is used.

Operate the filtration system every day for at least a number of hours equal to half of the water temperature (for example, at 28°C, the filtration system should run for at least 14 hours).

Check the active oxygen level and the pool water pH at least once a week.

Warning!
Use pool chemicals safely. Always read the product label and instructions before use. Do not use together with chlorine-based pool treatment products during the same treatment cycle. If chlorine has previously been used, ensure that the free chlorine level has dropped to the recommended level before switching to Soft & Easy. Never mix different pool chemicals in their concentrated form.

Home delivery prices
The shipping cost throughout Europe is calculated according to the rates set by the courier service.
Before delivering the goods, the courier will arrange an acceptable delivery time for you by phone (working days Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).
Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product specified in the online store.

Collection of goods
When receiving the delivered goods, please, check the condition of the shipment (packaging), make sure that the packaging is not deformed or damaged. If you suspect that the package has been damaged or deformed, do not sign the package documents and return the package to the courier. If the package is in order, then sign the invoice (bill of lading) or other shipment transfer-acceptance document. The signed document is proof that the ordered goods were delivered to you.
When purchasing products longer than 2.4m, the customer may have to arrange for unloading.
Returning the goods
We are doing our best to pack goods purchased from us. Unfortunately, sometimes harm might be done during transportation. Even if you do not know if something is damaged or not, it is always good to take photos of arrived package on your smartphone, you will need those in case if any harm is done to the content.
If you can see signs of damaged packaging, please take the following steps:
- Take photos of package and make sure damage is visible.
- Unpack your order and check if any products are harmed, take a photo of damaged item.

NB! For all claims of damaged or broken goods, you must make your claim within one (1) working day from the date of delivery. The Company must receive full details and description in written form with attached photos of the damaged goods.
When the buyer refuses to accept delivered goods that are not defective, he must pay the costs of returning the goods to us.
